Last weekend, my sisters and niece and nephew came to visit me.  We struggled a little to find something to do with the kids since the freezing temperatures ruled out a lot of the usual go-tos.  But after a long Saturday morning of my nephew alternating between scattering scrabble pieces, CDs and change around my apartment, we decided we had to go out.

I was a little nervous going to a movie with the kids (my niece is one and a half and my nephew is three and a half) but we thought we'd give it a try.  While I've watched Beauty and the Beast at least a dozen times with the kids, it was great seeing it in the theaters.

The 3D actually made it really cool.  It was like a whole new experience.  I hope The Little Mermaid comes out next.
